Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke Heart Pizza


Roasted red pepper and artichokes add a pizzaz to an old stand-by.

SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 120 Minutes
COOK TIME: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

1 Pizza Dough
1 cup Pizza Sauce
1 can Artichoke Hearts
1 pkg. Roasted Peppers
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

	Step 1: Thaw the pizza dough at room temperature as directed on the package. When the dough is ready, roll or spread it onto a cookie sheet or if using a pizza stone, roll or spread the dough onto a piece of parchment or waxed paper. Preheat the pizza stone in a 400 degree oven. Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone when it is topped and ready to bake.

	Step 2: Top the dough with a layer of pizza sauce. Top with drained and quartered artichoke hearts, strips of roasted red peppers and mozzeralla cheese.

	Step 3: Bake in a 400 oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. Serves 4 as main dish - or can be cut into strips or small triangles for appetizers.
